View Previous Support Tickets

Sometimes, it is helpful to view past tickets submitted to the Vanta Support team. Previous tickets are a great resource for troubleshooting similar issues that have been resolved or reviewing helpful responses provided by the Support team.

Viewing Past Ticket Submissions

  • If you're not already logged in to Vanta, login to your Vanta account

  • Click on the question mark in the top right-hand corner

  • This will log you into the Vanta Help Center

  • Once logged in, click on your Profile in the top right corner to view the dropdown menu

  • Select the Requests option to view all historical Support tickets

Can't login?

We no longer support the SSO login option in our Help Center. You can still log into your ticket portal by resetting your password using these instructions, and logging in via email and password.
