When the AWS inspector is disabled, Vanta will stop showing new vulnerabilities for that region on that account. Vanta would still show the vulnerabilities that were found previously and expect them to be fixed the next time the inspector is enabled. When the Inspector is re-enabled, Vanta will begin to fetch scans as normal.
