Connecting Vanta & Gong

Gong allows customers to connect tools like Vanta using OAuth. By connecting your Gong account with Vanta, Vanta can make API calls as the connecting user, allowing you to display users in Gong within Vanta under the 'Access' area. 

• Navigate to the Integrations Page in Vanta
• Select the Available tab
• Search for Gong
• Click on Connect

• A pop-up will inform you about using OAuth with Gong for connection and monitoring
• Click Connect Gong

• You'll be redirected to the Gong site. Log in if necessary
• Authorize the connection by clicking Allow

• You will be redirected back to Vanta with a successful connection message and the ability to scope in or out users from Gong.

• Once Gong is connected, you can view imported users by going to the Access page and changing the dropdown list to Gong
