Connecting Vanta & Zendesk
- From the left-hand navigation panel, select Integrations 
- In the Available tab, search for Zendesk 
- Select Connect - Vanta requires read-only access to users and ticket information through OAuth 
 
- Select the services to enable, and select Next 
- Add your subdomain, and select Connect 
- You will be prompted to Allow Vanta to access your Zendesk Account, select Allow 
- Establish which Zendesk items should be marked in or out of scope for your audit
