How to Update Expired Azure Client Secret

When a client secret is created for an app registration in Azure, it's required that an expiration is set. When the expiration date has passed, you must create a new client secret in the current app registration and update your integration connection in Vanta.

Prerequisites

  • A new Client Secret was generated in the previously created app registration.

Procedure

  • On the Integrations page, locate your Azure integration and click Manage, then Edit

  • Click the pencil icon on the Subscription bar

  • Select Change Secret, then click Next
