Yes, service partners receive a standard 20% discount on Vanta products.
Can I request additional discounts?
Yes, after selecting a package, you can ask for a one-off discount on top of your standard 20% MSP discount from within the console when selecting.
How will I know if a discount has been approved?
You will receive an email notifying you of the status. If the discount is approved, the price for the end customer is updated to include the discount in the MSP console.
Where can I find pricing information for Vanta products?
To view pricing details for all Vanta products, simply click on “Add Customer” located on the Customers page within your console.
If Vanta changes pricing, will my current customers suddenly be charged more?
A change in pricing by Vanta should not impact existing accounts with those products
What is the volume discount amount?
The volume discount will be reflected in the total price.
