Assign or Reassign Owners on the Access Page

  • Updated
  • Log into Vanta
  • Navigate to the Sidebar
  • Click on Access (Under the Manage Section)
  • Select the integration from the dropdown
  • Locate the Account name you'd like an owner assigned to

  • Hover your mouse to the right of the current owner's name for a pencil icon to appear

  • Using the pop-up menu, you will be presented with various options:

    • You can Add a New Person

    • Assign to an external person

    • Mark as not a person

    • Scroll to locate the person needed

    • Type in their name or email address in the Search/Filter box at the top
